One address: [email protected]. There is no form, no ticket system and no chatbot in front of it.
Worth writing about
- A number you think is wrong. The most useful mail we get. Tell us which page and which figure, and what you measured instead.
- Something broken. If a file is refused, name the format, its size and its length — those three tell us more than a screenshot.
- Privacy and takedown. Requests about what this site holds, or about content you want removed, go to the same address.
- Advertising on the site. Anything about the ads shown here, or about a link you believe should carry a disclosure.
What we cannot do by email
- Transcribe a file you send us. There is no upload path on this site, and emailing an attachment does not create one. Open the file on the front page instead.
- Fetch a video from a link. The page reads a file already on your device. It cannot download from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or anywhere else. Save the file first.
- Raise the limits. 30 minutes of audio and 512 MiB per file are what the model and browser memory allow. That is not a setting we can lift for one request.
- Promise a reply time. Everything that arrives is read. There is nobody whose full-time job is answering it, so a reply is likely rather than guaranteed.
Before you write
Two of the questions that arrive most often are already answered in full: what the accuracy figures were measured on, and why a transcript comes back with the punctuation wrong. Both are on the measured accuracy page.
